Along with receiving the directory and membership card, your customers will also be given access to a member benefits website where they can check for the latest listings and special offers.
To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $15.00 processing, postage and handling fee to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their certificate online. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate.
