a complimentary roundtrip coach or first class companion airfare
with the purchase of a like coach class or first class roundtrip
ticket through a fulfillment travel center using a major credit
card in the name of the traveler registered.
GUARANTEED PRICE FOR THE FIRST TICKET:
Coach Class within the Continental United States and Canada: $625
Coach Class to Mexico, Caribbean, and Hawaii: $899
First Class To All Destinations: $1399. Travel in First Class
from California to Hawaii is only available from Los Angeles,
San Jose or San Francisco.
Complimentary companion coach and first class tickets are available for travel within the Continental U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Caribbean and Hawaii. Some restrictions may apply; specifically travel is only available from major Continental U.S. and Canada gateway cities, and travel between California and Hawaii is only available from Los Angeles, San Jose and San Francisco.
Coach or first class airfare ticket must be purchased for the price published above. Any fares available in the market below the published prices shown above are ineligible for participation and cannot be used to satisfy the purchased airfare ticket requirement. The price published is defined as the cost of travel excluding any applicable taxes and fees, including the U.S. transportation tax, airport facility charges, International facility fees, security fees, or fuel surcharges. Full payment of applicable taxes and fees apply to both the purchased and complimentary companion ticket and must be paid to the fulfillment travel center at the time of booking.
Reservation requirements apply to both tickets and include; itineraries must be identical, minimum 14 days advance purchase, roundtrip tickets only, Saturday night stay required outside the Continental U.S. and Canada and a maximum stay of 30 days. Open tickets, open returns, open jaws, prepaid tickets, circle trips or stopovers are not permitted. The fulfillment travel center will determine the scheduled jet or commuter service airline and routing from the airport closest to your gateway city and cannot honor requests for specific airports, airlines or routings. Code share flights do not apply. Reservation availability and booking periods are generally within 6 months of travel and are based on airline schedules. Blackout dates are December 15th through January 6th. Availability may be limited during certain peak times to certain destinations.
One of the travelers must be at least 21 years of age at the time of booking. Both travelers must have proper identification available at airport check-in. This travel award may not be combined with or applied to other certificates, promotions or special offers, including, but not limited to; upgrades, government fares, tour/travel packages, group, convention/company meeting fare, senior citizen discounts, corporate agreements, student fares, travel industry discounts, internet fares, frequent flyer programs or any unpublished programs. You will have one year from the issue date on your reservation form to book your reservations.
To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $30.00 processing, postage and handling fee to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their certificate online. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate.
